- no hooks for jackets at the flat entrance

Great location, very responsive owner, very helpful.

We were told there were 3 beds for our 3 children but one had to sleep on a thin mattress om the floor.

Outstanding location, very well organised and equipped apartment. Easy to communicate with hosts, entry and exit efficient and helpful. Even though on Cnr of Dizengof above a cafe/wine bar, the apartment faces the back and we didn’t experience street or late night noise.

Slight smell from one of the bathrooms, but may be a bit of damp. We opened the windows and switched off aircon in the bedrooms during the day, and airing things out improved things. Very minor and not a problem - just a note for future visitors.

Absence of special hooks for towels, absence of a mirror over the wash-hand stand; absence of a suitable place for soap and toothbrushes; noise from a conditioner placed outside the wall near the window.
No special appliance for hanging wet clothes to be dried, neither inside nor in the yard. This may become very inconvinient when the weather is cool or rainy.
Not enough set (diversification) of cooking pots.
Dropping water from the conditions over the table in the yard,
All this was not too irritating for us; but may be bad for somebody else.

The apartment can't be in a better location for someone like me. It is 5 minutes walk to a fantastic beach for my mornings activity, 2 minutes walk to have a nice drink in the afternoon. Great location for using public transportation to main train station, Culture events, music halls, theatres and opera, fresh market, old Jaffa etc. All main bus lines just around the corner from the apartment.
5 minutes walk to a 24 hour grocery/market store AM PM, for basic needs to have in the fridge.

I can't really think of anything bad to say.

We had a great stay in this amazing appartement, very calm and clean, and ideally located in the city center. We went to the beach on foot everyday (10min), walking down Frishmann street and enjoying delicious Israeli brunches on the way. We highly recommend this place that allowed us to really enjoy Tel Aviv!

As described in the advert. Bright, spacious. Furniture comfortable and clean. Very accommodating, enough cutlery and crockery. Great location for Tel Aviv. Wifi was excellent. Hot water excellent, with good instructions on use. Decor was simple and modern and pleasant. Plenty of blankets to keep warm as we were out of season. Umbrella a nice touch - especially as we needed it in March!! Good number of hanger in the wardrobe for 3 people. 2nd toilet very useful for multiple occupants. Ziv very responsive to email/online chat - great communication

Chipped mugs - only 3 with handles!! leaking shower door so that even when closed water leaked out on to the floor. No instructions on how to use washing machine - its different to other parts of the world. No instructions for satellite/cable TV - could only find Russian channels in lounge. Whilst the location is great, the penalty for being on Hayarkon Street at this end is the noise of the cars, all night. Its a busy section of road in Tel Aviv. Insulation from the windows could be improved and would reduce the noise drastically. No corkscrew to open wine bottles!! Towels were small.

The Apartment is beautiful, it is bright and comfortable and in a wonderful location. The Staff looked after us for all are needs . They went above and beyond to make our two month vacation perfect. We look forward to retuning In the near future. Sincerely Danny&Thelma

Everything you need for a stay is available. The location and the quarter is great. I cannot rate everything a 10 because each one in our little group of four persons had a different opinion concerning cleanliness and comfort. One of the bathrooms is really tiny and also the sink is really small and makes difficulties to use it.

Spacious apartment in the heart of Tel Aviv. close to everything in Tel Aviv - including 2 small grocery stores near by. Great for a family or two couples renting the place.

Only down side is that there is no parking spot...and parking in the area is a challenge.

We enjoyed everything in this cosy, personal, comfortable apartment including a perfect kitchen equipment, even with tea, oil, salt an pepper, as also the very individual nice furniture. Everythind was clean, the WiFi was excellent (due to the need of our teenager daughters), The location of the apartment is perfect in Tel Aviv (near to the sea and all sight seeings as also to bars and restaurants). The appartment made us feel as being at home and we will recommend it to our friends at any time. It has a nice, individual, cosy atmosphere.


Contact via Email and WhatsApp to the agency/owner were perfect and worked without problems before our journey and during our stay, also before departure.

We did not know where to store the rubish (outside the apartment). The indroductions didn' t say a word about it (but this may ba a German Problem...) The windows are great and brillant, but very dirty and would need a very intensive treatment....

Avner the host really looked after us and cared about the big and small things. The flat is in a quiet neighbourhood of bat yam. Rooms are spacious, clean and there is a fantastic view of the sea from the balcony. You can hear the sound of the waves at night which is lovely. Also there is a jacuzzi which was fun.

Don't forget to mention at booking stage if you need the double bed or two single beds in the second bedroom. When we arrived there was a double bed which didn't suit out teenage boy and girl obviously but Avner sorted it out immediately and assembled the single. Much appreciated. If there is anything specific to improve I would recommend it would be more cooking equipment in the kitchen

exactly as in the picture. very bright. everything that is needed. plenty of towels and linen. Loo paper as well. hotel type toiletries. Unfortunately the bed was not properly made up and I was confused as to what to use as it turned out instead of a full size duvet they provided two single duvets. Fine once sorted. comfortable bed. Location perfect for cafes, shops and beach.

Main problem was the noise from the construction works directly at the back of the building. We were aware of this already but if you're expecting a lie in in the mornings ........except Saturday. Saturday's good. bring earplugs!

Amazing apartment with a great location. Across the street from the Hilton. Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores. The floorplan was open and well lit. The owner was super friendly and helpful. One of the best places we ever stayed in Tel Aviv. It was worth every shekel. We highly recommend it to our friends and family!

The apartment is located up one flight of stairs and there is no elevator. It was not a problem for me and my friends, but might not be suitable for elderly or disabled people.

Location is great. Just right across hilton beach. Apartment is huge and nicely decorated. Bed were comfortable. Keyless door is great. All facilities were working properly. Easy to find taxi, walk around and close to many good restaurantes . Owner kept contact at all times. We had a quiet and comfortable stay. Would definetley recomend it. My fav spot was the extra bed in living room ... with open windows it was so relaxing to saty there... internet worked very well.

It seems safe but windowns from living room would not lock.

Ami's place was incredible. The location was amazing being that it was super close to the beach, grocery stores and even tour buses. Additionally, the space was cozy, neat and super easy to find and check in. I would definitely stay there again!

There were some issues with the stove top not turning on as well as water coming out of the shower.

The only challenge with the apartment is that it is located next to a future subway station and light rail system that is currently under construction. Workers noisely begin work by 7:00 am and there is construction noise off and on all day.

The apartment was located on one of Jerusalem most popular street. It is close to Jerusalem hot spots. Jerusalem's major attractions are within walking distance of this apartment. The apartment was well stocked with items needed to have a wonderful vacation.

The apartment is modern clean and in a great location. We loved it. Would totally recommend.

we only had one complaint . We had let them know that we would be out by 12 and because it wound up being a rush, told them we were going to the airport early but our parents would be in to pick up a few bags and to clean and sweep up before that time. When we got home we were informed by our parents that the bags were put out in the hallway and that the owner was already there.

I enjoyed the place very much being so close to the beach and the heart of Tel Aviv.
For someone who comes to spend a weekend or few days it is perfect.

These are not bad things but the facts. I came to Israel for almost a month. I moved to this apartment from another one close by which I did not have to pay for. If I had to stay here for a month it does not have items that I will need for a long stay such as washing machine and dryer, even a place to hang wet items to dry, bigger fridge etc. I say it because I come every year for at least 4 weeks.
Again, the place is really great and I loved it.

The apartment is quiet clean and functional. Before our arrival the owner sent a video to describe the apartment with explaination of pratical details. It was a good idea!!

Our stay in Tel Aviv was very pleasant. We enjoyed the wonderful position, very near the beach, shops, restaurants and public transport. The road is quiet, a bonus in Tel Aviv. The flat is modest as described but adequate. We found a broken fan and already by the next morning Ziv had arranged for a replacement. The air conditioning is just about ok, but if it is very hot I would suggest leaving it on all day. We turned it off when we went out. I think a second fan would be a good idea if more than one bedroom is used.

Very spacious, excellent air conditioner and kitchen

- the apartment is located in a very good area of Tel Aviv. The surrounding area is safe from the Rotschild/King George noise and traffic.
- the owner was kind enough to help us solve all our inquiries in very short time
- there is a lot of natural light in the dining room due to the big windows

- the apartment was in a very bad shape at check-in time. There was a lot of dust (I assume because of some renovation works) and it smelled as old furniture everywhere.
- the mattresses were very thick and uncomfortable and one could barely get any rest on them. Fortunately the owner changed them within a week.
- the rooms are small and most of the space is taken by closets (very large ones).
- the overall aspect of the rooms and bathrooms requires a big maintenance (in terms of walls, floors, sinks, toilet)
- the air conditioning in one dorm room did not have any drain so after the A/C is closed, the water would pour on the floor (instead of outside of the apartment)
- there are not enough electric plugs. Some are not even working.
- we had cases of bugs climbing/flying in the house and finding shelter in the bathroom
- house cleaning showed up earlier than agreed (this happened several times)
- the kitchen needs a complete rework. Initially, the owner just changed the doors of the closets but this solution does not cover for the fact that the furniture is old.

There is a big free car park behind the building, we had no problem parking there during our stay. Very impotant as parking is expresive in Tel Awiw.

This is a cozy yet not small apartment, located in a very pleasant neighborhood in Tel Aviv. The area is quiet, but very close to Dizengoff and the beach. I spent approximately 25 days in this apartment and truly enjoyed its surroundings. The Wi-Fi is very good.

There are some downsides too: there is no TV and there are no cooking pots. Throughout the whole period I was in the apartment, no cleaner was sent and I was not given fresh towels and linen. The door from the kitchen to the bathroom does not close properly and because of the way the bathroom was renovated, there is an open space on the wall between the bathroom and the kitchen. This can be an intimacy killer.

Stuff were broken or missing

This was our second stay at this apartment and we returned because we enjoyed the location near the beach and good places to eat in the area (especially Benedicts). The apartment is spacious and comfortable and reasonably quiet even though it overlooks a busy road.

Since our previous visit, the door of the bathroom has been broken and it no longer locks or closes fully. The light on the landing does not reach all the way down to the bottom of the stairs which makes the last few steps potentially hazardous. It is a pity that there are no facilities for storing luggage after checking out.

The fact that I received a parking ticket in front of the building and the indicators are all in hebrew. The local Police are surveiling the streets just for tickets, not for informing, despite the rental cars which have stickers from the rental companies.

The apartment wasn’t clean. We found in the bathroom and in bed and in the livingroom : hair, dust and bugs.
The main problem of the apartment is the fact that you can hear any little noise from one room to another, meaning that even a private silent discution , or a sneeze you could hear to the living room. Or any noise in the kitchen could easily wake you up sleeping in the bedrooms.
I found it very strange not to have a TV in the living room and the only TV we have found in the apartment, in the main bedroom, it didn’t work the entire time we stayed in (22.04-26.04) even if we have sent mesages to the owner to please fix it (the response was : it works for sure. It didn’t.

All the amenities one would need

Issues with bulbs, water were resolved. A lot of space. Many people can stay there. Excellent finding for the price!!

Huge and a great location. Not that sparkling, beds and bathrooms were OK. We didn't cook there but the kitchen and facilities were OK if basic. No TV and hairdryer though the owner eventually brought the latter to us. Could do with some basic TLC and easy stuff to fix (eg new and effective curtains, connect the TV) to make it really great

For the tourist who comes for the first time, has no restaurants nearby and needs a car to go to the nearest shopping center

the entry lock is about to break.
The house is very dirty, full of open food in the cupboards and in the refrigerator.
Books and discs accumulate dust that nobody cleans.

The appartement needs a renovation, everything is old. Due to the location on the corner of two roads, it is very loud day and nigt. The matrasses in all beds are very uncomfortable. For me as a travel agent the price of this appartement is to high for the value you get.

Ein sehr schöne und stilvolle Ferienwohnung in authentischem Bauhausstil mit hohen Räumen und großer Fensterfront, zum meist ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet. Die zentrale Lage bietet einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt für alle Ziele in der Stadt, die zu einem großen Teil zu Fuss erreicht werden können.

Im Innenhof wurden nachts die Flaschen einer im Häuserblock gelegenen Kneipe entsorgt, was die Ruhelage teilweise beeinträchtigt hat.
Das Haus ist von außen ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das stört jedoch nicht wirklich, denn die Wohnung selbst ist komplett renoviert.

No balcony

The apartment is located in the centre of Tel Aviv.
From the balcony you have a beautiful view to the skyline of Tel Aviv. Shops, bars and restaurants are directly surrounded to the apartment. The sea is also not far away with a short walk about 10-12min. The apartment is totally clean and have beside the big balcony where we spent most of the time 3 separate good rooms where you could relax from your discovery trips. The kitchen has everything to cook whatever you like to.
The host is very friendly and support you in any case immediatley. We had there a great time and are very thankful for sharing this apartment.

Excellent location near Sderot Rothschild and Neve Tzedek. Convenient to public transportation on a not busy residential street. Nice modern apartment with washer, dryer, and all the amenities you need. The only thing missing was a salt and pepper shaker.

It would be had to find a street anywhere in Tel Aviv where there is no construction or renovation in progress. There is construction behind the apartment so the bed was wisely moved to the front room and we used the back room as a dressing room and for our suitcases. The front room was quiet and we slept well. We stayed for 9 nights and would recommend bringing a small amount of laundry detergent and a bar of soap. It is not easy to find either in small quantity.

The location is ideal. Short walking distance to Tel Aviv Port, Dizengoff, Ben Yehuda and Ibn Gvirol streets full of restaurants, bars and shops. Walking distance to haYarkon park.
Despite the location, it is a very quiet street.
The apartment is another level of what you usually meet in Tel Aviv. Fancy, high standards, clean, fully equipped. Great view from the balconies. Parking can be arranged with additional payment - it is worth!

Very big spacious apartment. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice extra to have towels, bedsheets, toilet paper and hand soap. Tel-Aviv has a terrible parking problem so this specific location was perfect, because we could park the rental car right across the building for free. And the location is great to pick up a service taxi/bus right outside the building and the train station is a walking distance. Bank and supermarket is 2 min walk from the building.
Overall best price per value in Tel-Aviv.

Bathroom is not in the best shape...
We didn't manage to get the TV box working unfortunately.
Lucky us booked the apartment during road construction activities which went on the whole week also during nights so sleep has eluded us as buildings in Israel usually don't have much isolation in the windows.

This apartment is really clean. All necessary for staying is in apartment. We had a lot clean towels. Owner are in touch all time. We arrived late and get very detail instruction for own accommodation. All is great!

The location is perfect, in a street full of animation and life. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and there are restaurants, bars and shops (open 7/7) all around. There is even a public pay parking (but expensive) right next door : Hashuk street.
The apartment is large (3 bedrooms), modern, clean, well equipped with a large terrace and amazing views of Tel Aviv.

We stayed for a week in this apartment in Tel Aviv and we felt like at home. It was well matching the description, clean, spacious and well equipped, although we did not use the kitchen so much because there are a lot of nice trendy restaurants in the area. It's not directly at the seaside, but there are several bike sharing stations around so we got there in 5-10 min (depending how sporty you are!). Would definitely rent again!

The apartment was the acrid smell of smoke, although the description of the apartment is non-Smoking. One bed was very creaky, it was impossible to sleep. The second bedroom had a very unpleasant smell all the day, I think due to poor cleaning.Very dirty Windows, had to close their curtains, not to see the dirt. But we were charged $ 70 for cleaning. Many of the plates chipped and cracked, not enough pans. The apartment is large, good location, but it is time for the owner there order brides.

Great location close to Rothschild, Neve Tzedek, and, if you like to walk, it is a great jumping off spot. Place is clean and well equipped. Bed is comfortable and lots of storage.

There is construction going on nearby, but didn't bother us. Hair dryer needs to be available in apartment.

There is nothing worth mentioning.

Nice new house in a quite street but only a few meters away from Ben Yehuda and the beach. Supermarkets, a very good Falafel, cafes and restaurants in 500 m walking distance.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was good and there had been enough towels, etc. WiFi was ok and the air-condition worked very well.

The apartment is a nice place for one person or a couple. But I wouldn't rent it with more than 2 persons.

One bathroom is next to the sleeping room and has no door, so you can't really use the toilette there if you sleep in this room with more than one person. The only tv screen is in this sleeping room and you can just watch tv from the bed.

There is no living room and not even a comfortable chair. The chairs in the kitchen are stylish but very uncomfortable.

The terrace is really nice and calm but there is always shadow from the other buildings. The suite direct in front of the kitchen is convenient but the other furniture outside are old and dirty.

I haven't found a kettle so I wasn't able to prepare coffee in the kitchen. I only found a microwave.

A lot of people already proposed to provide at least a small guide for the apartment. As nobody from the owner shows up and introduce you to the apartment.

I've stayed for almost 6 weeks and I could 't have been more happy with this apartment. It has everything you need for a stay that long.
The bed and the bedsofa is comfortable, the fridge and freezer is huge, the washing machine and dryer, the iron... everything works.
The apartment is bright and spacious enough for 2 people, but it also works for 4, but then it's quite crowded. The furniture is practical and well placed.
If there wasn't a huge building site on the backside of the house at the moment it would have been very calm. On the weekends you can hear sometimes noise from some partys, but never later than at midnight. So it didn't disturb me at all. The location is simply fantastic. Within a 10 min-walk you can find 24/7-Foodstores, many testaurants, bus stations, the charming Neve Tzedek, the lively Rothschild, and to the nearest beach (Alma Beach or Blue Bird Beach) it's maybe a 20 min-walk.
And Jean-Marc the owner is very nice and helpful!
I can recommend this place from all my heart! Me, for sure, will go again!

Apartment has 2 bathrooms, what is verry important staying with the group.

Washing mashine was hard working. Power button didin't work. It was good in our company to have the ingineer, who fixed temporarily that. There were also no hairdryer, iron, but after call we got that soon.

Très bon emplacement près de la plage et à côté d'un parc pour les enfants. L'appartement n'est pas très grand mais suffisant pour un couple . Il est situé en rez de chaussée donc la luminosité est moyenne, car il n'y a pas de balcon ou de terrasse . IL est bien agencé avec tous les ustensiles pour déjeuner sur place. Autre point fort , une très bonne climatisation et un wifi parfait . Rien à redire .

There were some construction at the site therefore some noise at times

As the mater of fact the fotos and the real apartaments are different. The conditioner work realy bad: or strongly cold or not freez at all. There are some bags or insects, something what bites at night. There were the ants. There is no bad, what was on fotos, no neccessary things for the comport life. We can compare because not first time rent the apartments. This apartments doesnt costs this money.

Great place: nice, modern, comfy and clean. The communication and instructions were easy and clear. We had a great stay at this place and highly recommend it... 2 blocks from the beach, AC works great, washer/dryer in unit, etc...

Lacks a space where to hang out and be at the pick heat hours. The terrace is beautiful but could not be used in this time of the year. The weather was to hot.

It was hot and humid in Tel Aviv when we visited, but the apartment has great air conditioning in every room. The location cannot be beat. We walked on the beach and went swimming in the sea in the mornings. In the evening, we walked to dinner at the new port, on Dizengoff. Internet worked well. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable! A/C works well, clean apartment, close to the #13 bus into the center of the city, and right across the street from a little grocery store. Great place!

Two bedroom apartment with one bathroom (the washer is located here) and a separate toilet room. Large living/kitchen. The old balcony has been incorporated into the living room so it is quite spacious and also has an open feeling.

The location was excellent. We loved the location. We could walk to the beach or the Carmel Market. The buses were also convenient.

We would stay here again.

Really great space to spend a night chilling on the Balcony after a long day sightseeing. Comfy beds and great showers all in all great flat.

I would have preferred to discuss payment before it was taken as I was lead to believe by booking .com. I was charged excessive bank charges with I was not happy about on top of the price quoted.

The apartment was just perfect , clean and I think better than on the pictures ! Building is secure and modern . Beautiful terrasse with a garden with lots of sun and shadow places . Perfect for vacation. Although I was alone ,I think apart is perfect as for solo traveler and two couples or a big family. Dima was always online on what's up and helpful. Hope I could stay longer .

Two separated toilets are very comfortable. Good location, perfect place for few days in TLV. Code lock for door makes life easy when everybody wants to come home separately.

The only thing I would improve is the freshness of towels. Towels should be boiled! They became stinky after one day. Simple issue, but will give much better experience to your guests.

Good location. One bedroom, one living room/kitchen area and a shower. Air conditioned. Kitchen is well equipped with microwave, electric stove, fridge and a selection of cutlery, plates, cups and utensils. Coffee and tea available.

Very unclean. The floor has not been washed neither the dirty shower and sink. Very dusty. Broken window repaired with sellotape. No toiletries of any sort, not even basic hand soap and hardly any toilet paper. Towels were very old and some full of stains. The bed was old and the mattress extremely uncomfortable and thin. Pillows have known better days and definitely there were not enough of those.
In short, very very disappointing. Stay away!!!

Das Apartment ist nicht so neu und modern ausgestattet, wie es die Fotos vermuten lassen. Die Küche und der anschließende Wohnraum sind gut und neu, das Master-Schlafzimmer ist jedoch mit total veralteten Möbeln ausgestattet, so dass wir das 2. Schlafzimmer nutzen, weil wir uns im großen nicht wohl fühlten. Auch die Bettwäsche ist grenzwertig (bunt mit Tieren, nicht jedermanns Geschmack). Das Bad ist wieder neueren Datums, relativ groß, mit großem Waschtisch und großer Dusche und Waschmaschine.

In der Beschreibung bei booking.com stand, dass es eine Kaffeemaschine gibt, das war nicht der Fall, wir reklamierten dies und erhielten auch sofort Antwort und eine Kompensation dafür. Check in und -out sehr problemlos, die Lage ist gut, es ist relativ ruhig in der Wohnung, Fahrstuhl vorhanden, soweit alles prima.

Tiene una muy buena localización! Es cercano al mar, a una importante calle de la ciudad, Dizengof, llena de almacenes con boutiques de diseño, supermercados, cafés y restaurantes. El apartamento es espacioso y fresco, en tiempo de calor, cómo nos tocó! Limpio y las camas son confortables! Tal vez haría falta una lavadora , para personas que se queden por largo tiempo, así como un lugar para secar ropa.

Like all the buildings in Tel Aviv, the entrance is dirty, broken, unpleasant. But don't be afraid! The appartment is excellent.

This is a great apartment. We had our coffee every morning with the a espresso machine here in the kitchen. We enjoyed eating out or visiting on the outdoor deck. My husband was very happy and surprised to find we had the channel FOX...so we watched our hockey highlights from Canada which was a nice way to stay in touch with things from home. The easy access of codes to the building and apartment were simple. It was really great for the 4 of us.

You might have to find a laundry facility if you stay longer than we did as there is not a washing machine in the apartment.

Well stocked apartment in the heart of Tel Aviv. Nice kitchen, large living room and 3 bedrooms. Good for a family trip and using Tel Aviv to stay or as the base to see the country.

The appartment was wery nice furnished, lots of light , we felt very comfortable there. Everything you need, was there.Very good location, in the centre.

Well-located in a hip neighborhood. Conveniently located close to AM:PM, the 24 hour supermarket.

The scent of the apartment smells terrible (cough syrup/bubblegum). There is mold on the walls in the bathrooms. Some rooms have no windows. The apartment feels quite stifled, very poor air circulation. Not an inviting place, feels like a bunker, not like a home. Many holes in the walls and exposed infrastructure. The generator/water heater makes loud noise and can be heard quite audibly from one of the rooms in the basement; hard to fall asleep with this loud noise.

Close to everything, stores, Opera, muséums, automatic bank tellers and THE BEACH. Tella Vista replaced the oven within 24 hrs. When the electricity failed at 20h00 called emergency number and help was there in 45min. Apartment is tastefully decorated. The bed very comfortable. The best apt that we have rented in Tel-Aviv and we comme every two years for a month since ten years.

No balcony. Could hear a baby crying many times at night. Heard the toilet being flushed at night in the apt above us.

Apartment was very nice--spacious, clean, stylish, modern. Location was also great--quiet residential street, so good for families with kids. But also pretty close to the beach and retail, restaurants.

Management could have been more helpful and accommodating. The listing for the apartment indicated there was a private parking space, and check-in instructions directed us to that space. But upon arriving, manager informed us the space had been sublet to someone else. This was a problem because we had rented a car on the assumption that we would have a space for the week, and street parking is horrific in Tel Aviv. Worse, we were traveling with 2 little kids, so logistics were already challenging. Still more frustrating, there was another space in the building's lot that was clearly not being used during the week we were there. Asked manager if there was any way we could use it. (Entry is blocked by a gate.) Manager said there was not, which was very hard to believe. There are only a handful of units in the whole building, so I'd be shocked if there weren't a way to get in touch with the owner of the space to explain the situation and arrange it. Management did not seem to think it was their responsibility to deal with the problem. At the very least, some small gesture acknowledging the inconvenience and attempting to make us whole might have been in order given the misleading information we were sent, but none was forthcoming.

The elevator was broke my entire stay - 2 weeks. Carrying suitcases up and down those stairs was not easy. The Va'ad Bayit neglected this service. You advertised an elevator. It should work.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, completely equipped with everything we needed (washing machine, equipped kitchen and bathroom). It's central location in Kikar Rabin is ideal, since we could explore the entire city and it's beaches on foot.

Very clean and cosy apartment, close to Ihilov clinic and the city center. I would recommend it.

The location of the hourse is superb. Very central but at a quiet street, and only two blocks from the beach. It is spacious. We had plenty of room for two adults and three kids. The kitchen and living room are on the ground floor and the 3 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms on the first floor - which is great. There is an additional WC on the ground floor which is helpful. The parking which belongs to the house is a big asset when renting a car in Tel Aviv. Inside the house you find everything you need. The owners were very helpful, they even put a baby cot upon our request.

The house and its furniture are a bit old and not all parts of the house are very clean. The main rooms are clean (bathrooms, kitchen).

Good weather of Tel-aviv and this wonderful place made the autumn vacation peaceful and quiet for me and my 2 children.

Very well located, renovated - high standard. Filled with anything you may need away from home. Excellent kitchen - one can even bake a cake. Very clean bed clothes and towels. Excellent instructions to find the location of the house and apartment. Relatively quiet at night for a busy Tel Aviv street. Everything we asked for was there. We'll definitely want to come back whenever we need a place to sleep in Tel Aviv.

Ancient elevator - hardly managed to stuff my valise into it, and unable to put our baby's pram in, so we had to carry it up and down endless stairs.

Aside from major renovation construction just beneath the apartment that was loud and annoying the only thing missing from this apartment was a clothes dryer. We managed without it but would have appreciated the added convenience.

The location can't be beat! Close to everything including tons of restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee places. Love the cozy house and cute modern furnishings. Would definitely stay there again.

The apt is in a wonderful location and quieter than it might seem initially, given it's close proximity to a bar which can be noisy at times from the street. There are grocery stores nearby, plenty of shops and the beach is just about a 10 minute walk. The shuk is also about a 10 minute walk and the buses come right by. The apt itself is open with natural light and is very airy. An elevator makes it easy to bring luggage up and down, though the walk up and down is not bad either. The communication with the host was great all the way up to and including our departure. We hope to stay there again.

On our last day we were sweeping up and saw a live cockroach under the island in the kitchen. That's the only bug we saw the entire time. Otherwise, there really wasn't anything bad about the place!

The contrast between the very animated area and the silence inside the
flat is very amazing. The moment the door is opened it was an instant
love. The flat is very bright and spacious as faced to a garden. It
was very comfortable and relaxing after a busy day. The pictures on
website are matching the place. All facilities are at walking
distances, the beach is 15 min walk along the pleasant tree-lined Ben
Gurion boulevard.
The host were very kind and helpful. It was an excellent choice that
we warmly recommend.

Before I arrived at the apartment the host contacted me several times by email to arrange the visit. This was very useful because I was already traveling and arrived late at night. All the arrangements (access to the apartment etc.) were very efficient and I can only recommend it with full confidence. The nicely renovated apartment itself was as advertised with all necessary equipment, including a fully functional WiFi.

Parking is not easy in the area. Visitors who are not fluent in
Hebrew should be advised about the parking rules.

Fab modern apartment in a great location. There is only one flat on the ground floor of the block and the garden wraps around the property on 3 sides. Quite shady, but that's a good thing in the Israeli heat. It's well equipped. We had a great stay. Would stay there again.

There is a TV in the apartment but it is not linked to any outside broadcasting, it is only available for viewing DVD's. The washing machine and microwave are all in Hebrew, which can be a bit hit and miss. There is no house manual, that would be useful.

Absolutely perfect location: close to the cultural center "Habima Square", bars, restaurants, malls, The Carmel market, public transport etc. at the same time very silent street. The apartment was clean and comfortable, suitable for a big family and had a nice atmosphere.

This appartment surprised us even though we have not been staying in hotels for years: traveling is so much more fun if you live in a home with a kitchen and a living room where you can sit in the evening with your family or spend nice lazy mornings.

This apartment is unique: while being located right in the center of day or night life of Tel-Aviv, providing walking access to the beach, to the railroad station, art museum or beautiful boulevards for strolling and gazing, it is a true gem inside. Freshly renovated with clean and functional kitchen and bathrooms, it is beautefully decorated with elegant furniture and pieces of art. It provides a lot of common and private space, having multiple gathering spots and various lighting possibilities. Our Tel-Aviv friends shared our amazement with the tasteful and functional interior of the place.
The baby in our family loved the big space, high chair and especially enjoyed the carpet corner sirrounded by big windows. This place has tonns of light, which can be blocked by the variety of shades.
A true gem, definitely recomend.

It is a bit tricky to locate for the first time, so follow the instructions of the host carefully.

Modern, well equipped with essentials for kitchen, plenty of cupboard space, good airconditioning and easy to live in. There is no owner's stuff around so it has the feel of a hotel. The surrounding large private pine wood patio with flowers and fruit trees is the main lounging area and a real joy.

There is a covered extension which is open to the patio and sparsely furnished.

Come to Tel Aviv is not the first time. This appartment is great. It has everything you need and more. It is very clear.The location is very convenient, a taxi stand across the street, 2 minutes from the sea, a market and a cafe 5 minutes walk. Thank so mach!

Very large 3 bed apartment with full bathroom and secondary toilet, great spacious living area and kitchen. Perfect for large groups and visitors for Purim; we had the best view ever of the annual street party which is across the road in Kikar Hamedina! Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, English speaking, and accommodated us at the last minute.

The apartment is not equipped with plates, cutlery or cooking utensils, but they do provide towels and WiFi is free. Location is perfect for Purim but a little out of the way of the main action. A 25/30 minute walk to Dizengoff Centre, 30 mins to the beach. Busses/taxis essential but not problematic.

A very nice apt. with everything you need for a relaxed stay in Tel Aviv. The closeness to the beaches and restaurants and cafés makes the location even more attractive. We couldn't open the door when we arrived as we didn't understand the code system. Within seconds Dimitri was there to assist us. Nothing to complain at all.

The apartment is in the trendiest area of south TLV. The location is amazing. The best cafes, bars delis and restaurants are right downstairs. High ceilings. There are 3 big bedrooms. Balconies are great. 2 Showers in a very good condition.

The living room is very small and so is one of the bedrooms.
A great apartment if cooking is not your thing - the kitchen have no windows, no oven and no cooking gas, only 2 electric pallets.

The apartment had everything we needed. It's is located right in the heart of things. Shops, buses, cafes, the green bike station and groceries are all right next door but the apartment is tucked away in a quiet garden on a high floor with plenty of light. We loved it.

Difficult to find parking place.

The apartment provides an oasis of quiet and light in the bustle of a great cafe and restaurant neighbourhood, five minutes walk from the sea. The apartment is surrounded on all sides by a charming wooden deck lined with citrus trees. The two bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet room, and the kitchen/ bar are all beautifully modern and pleasant to use. We had a delightful stay and can definitely agree to the use of the word exquisite in the promo.

The apartment does not yet have an indoor living room(which will be in an extension) so sitting and dining are at the bar or in the very comfortable sitting area on the deck.

Really wonderful apartment, located very in a very central, yet in an extremely quiet neighbourhood.

The apartment is well equipped with all the amenities you can think of to make it the most comfortable stay. Everything looks all new and refurbished, the bathroom and kitchen are so hospitable and spacious, and the beds are really comfortable.

Finally, the location is one of the most attractive in central Tel Aviv. Located close to bars, restaurants, shops and the beach, this stay offers easy access to whatever leisure one could wish for, yet providing a unique quietness where you can get a good night's sleep, free from the sound of Tel Aviv's pulsating and vibrant night life.

I really enjoyed staying at the appartment close to the beach and the closeness to stores/restaurants/cafees/night life at the streets of Dizengoff and Ben Yehuda.
I really like the details with the rolled up towels and small bottles of shampoo and shower gel in the bath room.

It would be nice with an ironing board (I could only find an flatiron)
Also I could have used an indication where to turn on the boiler for the hot water (for non-israeli citizens:).
Finally the cover plate for ventilation in the kitchen was not mounted (showing the ventilation system just above the zink where you cook)

We enjoyed very very much this place. We will come back to it anytime. Well equipped, rooms are so comfortable, heating worked great in cold January days. A bright full of light spaces a pleasure being in this place. Being in winter time it would have been nice to have a dryer as well having the washing machine was a saving! Thank you for renting us this apartment.

It would be nicer if the owner will provide more channels to watch on the television.this was very limited. Also it would be more pleasant to improve the walkway from the street onto the enter acne of the number 6 Rabin place.

The apartment was great. I stayed for a week. Beautiful, quiet street in the Old North. Parked my car in the building lot. Unit was clean, everything worked. Would be happy to visit again.

Only issue is that the master bath is very small. Small sink and relatively small shower. However, it was spotless and modern and I would not hesitate to use it again. Also, the 2nd bathroom is full size.

We are frequent vacation renters in Israel and this was among our best experiences. The apartment was exactly as pictured, but the impact of the windows/balcony in person has to be experienced to be appreciated. The scope of the view is amazing. The location is Florentin. If that's where you want to be, this is the place. In terms of rental experience highlights: Plenty of towels, clean dishes and silverware, toilet paper stocked, There is no problem with hot water in the showers. You just have to know that many places in Israel have a switch you must turn on in advance to activate the hot water heater. The showers were hot with good pressure. Highly recommended.

Nice basic 2 bedroom apartment. If you are looking for a reasonable place to stay in the expensive city of Tel Aviv, this is a great solution for your needs. I stayed there with my 2 kids (8 and 6 years old) and we had a great time, and I would recommend this apartment.

The cooktop was a bit difficult to light, but after being creative was able to come up with a way to do so.

It was a spacious apartment, nicely fitted out, good quality furniture, nice kitchen and plenty of crockery, cutlery etc. We were very comfortable.

Fittings in the shower rooms were good quality and there were plenty of towels.

Washing machine and tumble drier were new and good quality.

Beds were comfortable.

It was close to shops and restaurants and convenient for Dizengoff and Ben Yehuda Streets.

We were greeted very briefly but not shown how to operate the heating system (your assistant turned it on for us but I didn't know how to control it) or the TV. Many channels were offered but I wasn't sure if I should accept them so we were restricted to about two or three in English.

Couldn't operate the ceramic hob, although I have one at home. It seemed to be locked and although I found the instructions they were in hebrew only so we couldn't use it at all.

I didn't realise there was no bath - only two showers.

Washing machine and tumble drier were good quality but, again, I had to guess how to use them and there was no airing rack. Not everyone likes to use a tumble drier.

There was no hair-dryer - most unusual and very inconvenient.

The pillows were rubbish.

Couldn't operate the heater in the bedroom and I was cold.

We didn't have mobile phones so relied on email but our emails were not answered. No-one checked to see if we were ok.

I like scented candles and oils but the room-scenters were very strong and not particularly pleasant so I put them outside the kitchen window. I think if the owners wants to use these things for guests they should be gentle and unobtrusive.

I often rent apartments and usually find a folder of useful information, leaflets, instructions, contact numbers etc. in English, but there was nothing.

I'm not putting these things on Booking.com's website. I write it for your information only. However I did receive an email from you every day, asking for this feedback, which was rather tiresome. It's not always possible to respond straight away and I don't like being nagged.

The location of the apartment couldn't be any better!! It is in the center of Tel Aviv life! Walking distance to any place and near to any kind of activities.
A great and comfortable place! Clean and incredibly quiet to be in the middle of the loud night life a few steps downstairs.
Included the perfect tools to make a home from it even for a short stay and the owner was easy to reach if any kind of problem happened

The only thing that missed us during the stay was an extra set of bed linens (to use them while the others were drying from laundry).

And just a constructive recommendation: there are a lot of things that we thought have been left by past guests that might be thrown away.

This duplex is amazing. The balcony and views are gorgeous. It is modern and beautiful. We will definitely stay here again. Everyone was very helpful and the glass wall overlooking the city is gorgeous. It's a must stay in Tel Aviv.

There was not a lot of hot water for showers

You enter inside a magic place with light all overdose thé Dupleix and amazing view from the living room.... At night this is spectacular!!!!!.... Everything is here to give you all the services you need and the area is so pittoresc : this is tel aviv!!!!.... You will have all the shops 24/7 for food, incredible bars and restaurants on florentine, levinski street, Rothschild (5mn),Neve Tsedek (3mn), Yafo (10mn),12mn walk to the beach,.... On a word you feel as an israelien guy in holidays

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Apartment. Es liegt nah am Meer und lebendigen Einkaufstraßen von Tel Aviv. Die Räume sind sehr schön. Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, großer Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten, Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Es gibt eine separate Toilette. Gegenüber ist ein 24 Stunden Supermarkt und viele Buslinien. Auch das W-Lan funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier herkommen.

Es wäre gut, wenn es im Schlafzimmer zwei separate Decken und Kopfkissen gäbe. Vielleicht auch ein wenig mehr Platz in den Schränken. Sonst nichts zu beanstanden.

The beds are good and the place is quiet, so I had very good nights. And I appreciated to take my breakfast or my dinners on the small terrasse with view on the back of my neighbors building. It is very Tel Aviv according to me ! \

The apartment is very old, but it was not a problem for me.

The flat is big, calm and amazing! It\'s surrounded by large windows and We were like in the trees. The decoration is a good mix between modern and vintage. We stayed with our baby and we were very comfortable. There is 2 rooms. One hudge and one normal.
It\'s very central too. All around the building you find every thing you need.

Spent 9 nights and wonderful days here in October as a family of four, and we all enjoyed it. It was a pleasant supprise that the extra-bed was an actual bed instead of a couch. Apart from that there was a sofa and a chaiselounge, so plenty of room to relax for the whole family.
Neighbourhood is very nice and pretty with lots of shady trees and greenery - and of course, close to beaches as well as the city centre.
Closest parking lot is right under Atarim Sq. (60 ils per day)
There is a good bakery on the corner of Arlozorov and Ben Yehuda, and a small supermarked across the street from that. There is another convenient store with nice people on the way from the flat to Atarim Square.

A complementary bottle of water at check-in would have been highly appreciated :-)

Otherwise nothing bad at all to say about this place, the owner or Tellavista! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The appartment is enough for 4 people, very well located (Hilton\'s Beach is 5 minutes far away by walk) + a supermarket TIV TAM very closed + very sunny, and very well equiped: washing machine, oven, fridge, iron, hair dryer, ... (I would dream that the owner add a dryer and curtains to be able to sleep later in the morning) the appartment is clean and nice. The team of Tellavista is very nice, gentle, and reply very soon when you need them. We had great time in this appartment and recommand it very strongly (compared to the flat we rent in April in another agency, this appartment was a dream!).

This is a really lovely apartment. It is spacious with concrete and wood floors and lovely light fittings. There is an amazing amount of storage space in this apartment in both the kitchen and the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable, and there were spare mattresses.

Compared to the rest of the apartment the shower is a big disappointment. The base of the shower and its surrounds need attention with build up of mould and silicon that has long since disappeared. The shower door is a very hard to shut via manoeuvring the magnetic closing mechanism into just the right position. The end result was a very wet floor most of the time. Unfortunately there is no mat provided for the floor.\
During our stay the shower head broke and it took 5 days for it to be repaired. In addition, there is no bath plug in the apartment, so you cannot fill the bath, and despite asking we did not get a plug.\
The big problem is what is missing from what ought to be a lovely and luxurious apartment, and what is an expensive apartment. Here are the things that are missing:\
1. A dishwasher- there is even a spot for it in the kitchen. Any apartment of this calibre must have a dishwasher.\
2. The kitchen is very poorly stocked. Once again- it should be a given that there are glasses, oven dishes, enough plates, pots, and a few utensils. I have never stayed at an apartment anywhere in the world that did not provide glasses to drink from, even a single decent chopping knife, and a chopping board. \
3. The living room furniture should be of a good standard. For the price of the apartment, and the fact that this is a lovely apartment, there is an awful old tattered couch in the living room. It is both dirty and uncomfortable. This is the type of couch that poor university students would have in their apartment!\
4. Decent chairs around the table. There are currently 4 folding chairs, one without a back and all of which are chipped in places.\
\
Finally, this apartment, as originally advertised on Tellavista had photographs that showed a lovely red couch in the living room, which I remember well. On our arrival, I saw the awful blue couch covered in pieces of fabric to cover the patches of stains, fading and dirt. I was perplexed by this and thought that I must have been mistaken about the photos and that this was the original couch. I even logged back into Tellavista and looked at the photos again- and the photos had been changed, and there was now a blue couch in the photos. I thought I was mistaken and forgot about it until the last few days when I was packing up our clothes, and found some lovely red couch cushions in one cupboard up high, and so the mystery was solved! We paid a deposit on a place after seeing photos of a well-furnished apartment, and then ended up staying at a place that had what I described above!\
My suggestion is for the owners to please put what is a small amount of money into the kitchen, couch and chairs or to drop the price dramatically.

The building is old, like most houses in the town, but the apartments with a fresh renovation, new furniture. clean and tidy. the location is excellent. responsive owners. I recommend! from

There was no soap in the bathroom, it is very necessary when you want to wash your hands after the flight. It lacks blinds in the living room. in the evening it is a bit embarrassing.

We stayed one week my wife and me in this very beautifull apartment and we wery very satisfy.The ap is very well located very good eqiuipment and very sunny.

Cute well equipped apartment with plenty of sunshine and fantastic location .Very quiet upscale neighborhood a few minutes walk to the beach or Dizengoff and city center .
Parking and 24/7 supermarket nearby.

Very cosy 2-level appartment with big balony-terrace. Art-house interior. Great location, very close to the beach, Carmel market, in the midle between New port and Yaffo.
There is everything nessecary for comfortable staying minimum for 4 persons.

Owner was a little intrusive. We needn\'t his help, but he tried to do his best.

Fantastic location. Modern and clean unit on a quiet, leafy yet central street in \"old\" Tel Aviv. Minutes to the beach and the amazing old Tel Aviv port (try Friday\'s farmer\'s market - it\'s superb). Close to shopping, great street food and top notch restaurants. Well stocked supermarket is 3 minutes walk away, and short term car rental parking spot (Cars2Go) is 4 buildings down the street.

Spacious and very bright apartment. Operable windows on all 4 walls (!) allow for pleasant breeze even on warmer days - this is a single floor single unit situation - very rare and luxurious. Nice bathrooms - fantastic veranda up front.

Modern kitchen amenities, perfect for hosting your guests - even for dinner parties. Highly recommended.

Availability of parking spot is fantastic for those who rent cars - very useful in a city where overnight parking is SO hard to find.

spacious appt. very good location: central, acceccible, 5 min from the seaside

nout enough plates and cutterly and very bad stained pots\\pans; leaking sealing in bathroom who gives the all appt. a bad humid smell; no hot water at a certain point of ower stay.
Don\'t take the appt. if those are not fixed!!

Very well based: less than 5' from the beach and 4'from the huge and very nice park Hayarkon and 8'from the port which is very nice place to eat, drink and walk around during night and days. The area is surrounded by lot of restaurants and nice boutiques.The apartment is very clean well furnished with a very nice living room with a palm tree just in front of the window. The beds are very good as well and 2 bathrooms is top for showers after the beach.

Missing a balcony but the appartment is so nice and we\\\\\\\'ll based that it is not a big loss.

One lamp defectively & only two gas cooker flames are usable.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Clean, beautiful, easy to access from great places in Tel Aviv. We would stay there again for sure!!!
