Excellent location for the sea goers. Very clean. Incredibly well equipped. The host is super responsive and very nice. Parking space is included, which is something you must have in this area of town if you come with a car.

If you are using a car keep in mind that you will be experiencing a lot of traffic almost all hours of the day. Reaching the nearest highway (route 2) would necessitate some extra time so you don't find yourself under pressure.

Great apartment

Very practical and central Location.
Very helpful ownerwho organised for us additional mattresses and equipped the falt upon our arrival even with a water filter device, thus saving us the trouble of having to buy water and drag heavy bottles to the flat.
Our first flat in IL, in which the air-con functionned perfectly in all rooms from the start.

Nothing really bad can be reported except that such a large flat could do with a second toilet.

The apartment is very comfortable, cozy, clean and very close to the city center. Bright and spacious living room with a sea view. All rooms are isolated from each other, a large bathroom. All you need to stay a few weeks on vacation is: from dishes to towels. Go on foot to the sea 7 minutes and you will find yourself on a sandy beach with warm, clean and absolutely clear sea. Moreover, for the travelers who come to see the country, the apartment is very conveniently located in relation to other cities. For example by car to Tel-A-Viv drive about 30 minutes to about of Jerusalem - 1 hour ...

the location was excellent

the apartment was a complete disaster!
The jacuzzi tub did not work, not that I would sit in it, it looked liked it had not been thoroughly cleaned EVER! The toggle to change from bath to shower was broken also so we were unable to use the shower head. Half of the bulbs in all the light fixtures were burned out so the lighting was very poor. We were not able to run many electrical appliances at the same time because the fuses would blow leaving us in the dark for at least 5 minutes before we could try to reset them

We have been to Israel 10 times and this is the first time we rented an apartment. The whole process could not have been nicer. The apartment was perfect. There was everything we could possibly ask for and more. We know Netanya well and were very happy with the location.

The Owner was not helpful when things went wrong. Also the A/C was only in Lounge not in all of the flat

The apartment was in a wonderful location, quiet, sea view, five minute walk to the beach and with a great swimming pool. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful.
