We were told there were 3 beds for our 3 children but one had to sleep on a thin mattress om the floor.

Outstanding location, very well organised and equipped apartment. Easy to communicate with hosts, entry and exit efficient and helpful. Even though on Cnr of Dizengof above a cafe/wine bar, the apartment faces the back and we didn’t experience street or late night noise.

Slight smell from one of the bathrooms, but may be a bit of damp. We opened the windows and switched off aircon in the bedrooms during the day, and airing things out improved things. Very minor and not a problem - just a note for future visitors.

We had a great stay in this amazing appartement, very calm and clean, and ideally located in the city center. We went to the beach on foot everyday (10min), walking down Frishmann street and enjoying delicious Israeli brunches on the way. We highly recommend this place that allowed us to really enjoy Tel Aviv!

As described in the advert. Bright, spacious. Furniture comfortable and clean. Very accommodating, enough cutlery and crockery. Great location for Tel Aviv. Wifi was excellent. Hot water excellent, with good instructions on use. Decor was simple and modern and pleasant. Plenty of blankets to keep warm as we were out of season. Umbrella a nice touch - especially as we needed it in March!! Good number of hanger in the wardrobe for 3 people. 2nd toilet very useful for multiple occupants. Ziv very responsive to email/online chat - great communication

Chipped mugs - only 3 with handles!! leaking shower door so that even when closed water leaked out on to the floor. No instructions on how to use washing machine - its different to other parts of the world. No instructions for satellite/cable TV - could only find Russian channels in lounge. Whilst the location is great, the penalty for being on Hayarkon Street at this end is the noise of the cars, all night. Its a busy section of road in Tel Aviv. Insulation from the windows could be improved and would reduce the noise drastically. No corkscrew to open wine bottles!! Towels were small.

I had a spine surgery in Tel Aviv and I’ve been using the apartment 24/7 as a recovery place. Ubsolutely amazing place: clean, comfortable, quite and best location.
Very recommended.

We enjoyed everything in this cosy, personal, comfortable apartment including a perfect kitchen equipment, even with tea, oil, salt an pepper, as also the very individual nice furniture. Everythind was clean, the WiFi was excellent (due to the need of our teenager daughters), The location of the apartment is perfect in Tel Aviv (near to the sea and all sight seeings as also to bars and restaurants). The appartment made us feel as being at home and we will recommend it to our friends at any time. It has a nice, individual, cosy atmosphere.


Contact via Email and WhatsApp to the agency/owner were perfect and worked without problems before our journey and during our stay, also before departure.

We did not know where to store the rubish (outside the apartment). The indroductions didn' t say a word about it (but this may ba a German Problem...) The windows are great and brillant, but very dirty and would need a very intensive treatment....

Amazing apartment with a great location. Across the street from the Hilton. Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores. The floorplan was open and well lit. The owner was super friendly and helpful. One of the best places we ever stayed in Tel Aviv. It was worth every shekel. We highly recommend it to our friends and family!

The apartment is located up one flight of stairs and there is no elevator. It was not a problem for me and my friends, but might not be suitable for elderly or disabled people.

Location is great. Just right across hilton beach. Apartment is huge and nicely decorated. Bed were comfortable. Keyless door is great. All facilities were working properly. Easy to find taxi, walk around and close to many good restaurantes . Owner kept contact at all times. We had a quiet and comfortable stay. Would definetley recomend it. My fav spot was the extra bed in living room ... with open windows it was so relaxing to saty there... internet worked very well.

It seems safe but windowns from living room would not lock.

Only downlet was that I could only find one English channel on the cable tv.CNN. The accomodation is not cheap you should offer a tv package.

Dish washer would be helpful. Cups were not clean. Bugs in the bathroom and dining room (maybe normal in Israel. Someone used the one toilette before us and did not flushed.

I enjoyed the place very much being so close to the beach and the heart of Tel Aviv.
For someone who comes to spend a weekend or few days it is perfect.

These are not bad things but the facts. I came to Israel for almost a month. I moved to this apartment from another one close by which I did not have to pay for. If I had to stay here for a month it does not have items that I will need for a long stay such as washing machine and dryer, even a place to hang wet items to dry, bigger fridge etc. I say it because I come every year for at least 4 weeks.
Again, the place is really great and I loved it.

This was our second stay at this apartment and we returned because we enjoyed the location near the beach and good places to eat in the area (especially Benedicts). The apartment is spacious and comfortable and reasonably quiet even though it overlooks a busy road.

Since our previous visit, the door of the bathroom has been broken and it no longer locks or closes fully. The light on the landing does not reach all the way down to the bottom of the stairs which makes the last few steps potentially hazardous. It is a pity that there are no facilities for storing luggage after checking out.

Great view from the apartment, beautiful place, great host. I enjoyed the whole experience in Tel-Aviv.

The fact that I received a parking ticket in front of the building and the indicators are all in hebrew. The local Police are surveiling the streets just for tickets, not for informing, despite the rental cars which have stickers from the rental companies.

The apartment wasn’t clean. We found in the bathroom and in bed and in the livingroom : hair, dust and bugs.
The main problem of the apartment is the fact that you can hear any little noise from one room to another, meaning that even a private silent discution , or a sneeze you could hear to the living room. Or any noise in the kitchen could easily wake you up sleeping in the bedrooms.
I found it very strange not to have a TV in the living room and the only TV we have found in the apartment, in the main bedroom, it didn’t work the entire time we stayed in (22.04-26.04) even if we have sent mesages to the owner to please fix it (the response was : it works for sure. It didn’t.

great location. kids playground right there. great access to beach, night life, etc. very central to everything. lots of space. adequate. quiet for good sleeping experience. felt very safe.

Ein sehr schöne und stilvolle Ferienwohnung in authentischem Bauhausstil mit hohen Räumen und großer Fensterfront, zum meist ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet. Die zentrale Lage bietet einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt für alle Ziele in der Stadt, die zu einem großen Teil zu Fuss erreicht werden können.

Im Innenhof wurden nachts die Flaschen einer im Häuserblock gelegenen Kneipe entsorgt, was die Ruhelage teilweise beeinträchtigt hat.
Das Haus ist von außen ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das stört jedoch nicht wirklich, denn die Wohnung selbst ist komplett renoviert.

Wasn’t completely cleaned at arrival, but after contacting the host they immediately sent someone to clean it.

Very nice apartment, very convenient, well based, completely renovated and very comfortable.
Many restaurants, stores and bars around.
5' walking distance from the beach and the harbor, 7' from park Hayarkon.

No balcony

The apartment is located in the centre of Tel Aviv.
From the balcony you have a beautiful view to the skyline of Tel Aviv. Shops, bars and restaurants are directly surrounded to the apartment. The sea is also not far away with a short walk about 10-12min. The apartment is totally clean and have beside the big balcony where we spent most of the time 3 separate good rooms where you could relax from your discovery trips. The kitchen has everything to cook whatever you like to.
The host is very friendly and support you in any case immediatley. We had there a great time and are very thankful for sharing this apartment.

This apartment is really clean. All necessary for staying is in apartment. We had a lot clean towels. Owner are in touch all time. We arrived late and get very detail instruction for own accommodation. All is great!

The location is perfect, in a street full of animation and life. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and there are restaurants, bars and shops (open 7/7) all around. There is even a public pay parking (but expensive) right next door : Hashuk street.
The apartment is large (3 bedrooms), modern, clean, well equipped with a large terrace and amazing views of Tel Aviv.
We had a great experience in this beautiful apartment! We highly recommend it.

We stayed for a week in this apartment in Tel Aviv and we felt like at home. It was well matching the description, clean, spacious and well equipped, although we did not use the kitchen so much because there are a lot of nice trendy restaurants in the area. It's not directly at the seaside, but there are several bike sharing stations around so we got there in 5-10 min (depending how sporty you are!). Would definitely rent again!

only liked the location of the apartment.

The apartment was the acrid smell of smoke, although the description of the apartment is non-Smoking. One bed was very creaky, it was impossible to sleep. The second bedroom had a very unpleasant smell all the day, I think due to poor cleaning.Very dirty Windows, had to close their curtains, not to see the dirt. But we were charged $ 70 for cleaning. Many of the plates chipped and cracked, not enough pans. The apartment is large, good location, but it is time for the owner there order brides.

There is nothing worth mentioning.

Nice new house in a quite street but only a few meters away from Ben Yehuda and the beach. Supermarkets, a very good Falafel, cafes and restaurants in 500 m walking distance.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was good and there had been enough towels, etc. WiFi was ok and the air-condition worked very well.

The apartment is a nice place for one person or a couple. But I wouldn't rent it with more than 2 persons.

One bathroom is next to the sleeping room and has no door, so you can't really use the toilette there if you sleep in this room with more than one person. The only tv screen is in this sleeping room and you can just watch tv from the bed.

There is no living room and not even a comfortable chair. The chairs in the kitchen are stylish but very uncomfortable.

The terrace is really nice and calm but there is always shadow from the other buildings. The suite direct in front of the kitchen is convenient but the other furniture outside are old and dirty.

I haven't found a kettle so I wasn't able to prepare coffee in the kitchen. I only found a microwave.

A lot of people already proposed to provide at least a small guide for the apartment. As nobody from the owner shows up and introduce you to the apartment.

Très bon emplacement près de la plage et à côté d'un parc pour les enfants. L'appartement n'est pas très grand mais suffisant pour un couple . Il est situé en rez de chaussée donc la luminosité est moyenne, car il n'y a pas de balcon ou de terrasse . IL est bien agencé avec tous les ustensiles pour déjeuner sur place. Autre point fort , une très bonne climatisation et un wifi parfait . Rien à redire .

Had everything we needed

There were some construction at the site therefore some noise at times

Great place: nice, modern, comfy and clean. The communication and instructions were easy and clear. We had a great stay at this place and highly recommend it... 2 blocks from the beach, AC works great, washer/dryer in unit, etc...

Lacks a space where to hang out and be at the pick heat hours. The terrace is beautiful but could not be used in this time of the year. The weather was to hot.

It was hot and humid in Tel Aviv when we visited, but the apartment has great air conditioning in every room. The location cannot be beat. We walked on the beach and went swimming in the sea in the mornings. In the evening, we walked to dinner at the new port, on Dizengoff. Internet worked well. Highly recommend.

Two bedroom apartment with one bathroom (the washer is located here) and a separate toilet room. Large living/kitchen. The old balcony has been incorporated into the living room so it is quite spacious and also has an open feeling.

The location was excellent. We loved the location. We could walk to the beach or the Carmel Market. The buses were also convenient.

We would stay here again.

Nothing except the lack of coffee maker. If it was there we couldn't find it.

Really great space to spend a night chilling on the Balcony after a long day sightseeing. Comfy beds and great showers all in all great flat.

I would have preferred to discuss payment before it was taken as I was lead to believe by booking .com. I was charged excessive bank charges with I was not happy about on top of the price quoted.

The apartment was just perfect , clean and I think better than on the pictures ! Building is secure and modern . Beautiful terrasse with a garden with lots of sun and shadow places . Perfect for vacation. Although I was alone ,I think apart is perfect as for solo traveler and two couples or a big family. Dima was always online on what's up and helpful. Hope I could stay longer .

Two separated toilets are very comfortable. Good location, perfect place for few days in TLV. Code lock for door makes life easy when everybody wants to come home separately.

The only thing I would improve is the freshness of towels. Towels should be boiled! They became stinky after one day. Simple issue, but will give much better experience to your guests.

Das Apartment ist nicht so neu und modern ausgestattet, wie es die Fotos vermuten lassen. Die Küche und der anschließende Wohnraum sind gut und neu, das Master-Schlafzimmer ist jedoch mit total veralteten Möbeln ausgestattet, so dass wir das 2. Schlafzimmer nutzen, weil wir uns im großen nicht wohl fühlten. Auch die Bettwäsche ist grenzwertig (bunt mit Tieren, nicht jedermanns Geschmack). Das Bad ist wieder neueren Datums, relativ groß, mit großem Waschtisch und großer Dusche und Waschmaschine.

In der Beschreibung bei booking.com stand, dass es eine Kaffeemaschine gibt, das war nicht der Fall, wir reklamierten dies und erhielten auch sofort Antwort und eine Kompensation dafür. Check in und -out sehr problemlos, die Lage ist gut, es ist relativ ruhig in der Wohnung, Fahrstuhl vorhanden, soweit alles prima.

Like all the buildings in Tel Aviv, the entrance is dirty, broken, unpleasant. But don't be afraid! The appartment is excellent.

This is a great apartment. We had our coffee every morning with the a espresso machine here in the kitchen. We enjoyed eating out or visiting on the outdoor deck. My husband was very happy and surprised to find we had the channel FOX...so we watched our hockey highlights from Canada which was a nice way to stay in touch with things from home. The easy access of codes to the building and apartment were simple. It was really great for the 4 of us.

You might have to find a laundry facility if you stay longer than we did as there is not a washing machine in the apartment.

Excelente localização,espaçoso, bem equipado, muito limpo e arejado. Recomendo sempre!!!

Perfect location. Great place to stay for holidays.

Apartment is exactly as it was shown on photos. Clean,centrally located, convenient to all places. Agent was very helpful and accommodating through our stay. Definitely will come back again.

Apartment need brighter lighting, and having a dryer also will benefit travelers especially during winter holiday.

Beautiful apartment. Spacious living room and dining area. Modern appliances. Very clean. Excellent use of space. Good size bedrooms and closets. Bathrooms very nice. Clear instructions left for renter.

Upgrade the T.V. to HD quality and include American programs and sports channels in your t.v. package or at least offer extra programs with specific fees. Americans want to watch American football on Sundays and Mondays.

The elevator was broke my entire stay - 2 weeks. Carrying suitcases up and down those stairs was not easy. The Va'ad Bayit neglected this service. You advertised an elevator. It should work.

Clean and nice. Very close to everything. Excellent size bathrooms.

Can be noisy on Thursday and Saturday night from bar downstairs. Otherwise quiet. Our TV did not work and the dryer gave us some problems at the end of our visit. But overall worth the price.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, completely equipped with everything we needed (washing machine, equipped kitchen and bathroom). It's central location in Kikar Rabin is ideal, since we could explore the entire city and it's beaches on foot.

Very well located, renovated - high standard. Filled with anything you may need away from home. Excellent kitchen - one can even bake a cake. Very clean bed clothes and towels. Excellent instructions to find the location of the house and apartment. Relatively quiet at night for a busy Tel Aviv street. Everything we asked for was there. We'll definitely want to come back whenever we need a place to sleep in Tel Aviv.

Ancient elevator - hardly managed to stuff my valise into it, and unable to put our baby's pram in, so we had to carry it up and down endless stairs.

All night grocer as well as chemist.we found that even though you close to nightspots area around the apartment to be quiet.As far as amenities cutlery and crockery goes ,very good.Well appointed apartment highly recommended would stay again.

No real bad stuff the pull out bed could do wth an upgrade not so comfortable. Lacking microwave and toaster.Shower head needs replacement in downstairs bathroom as well as
Shower shelf.

Beautiful very large apartment with all the amenities for a short or long term stay. Loved the modern kitchen and open floor plan. The apartment has amazing high ceilings and lots of natural sunlight. The apartment was clean and welcoming. Great location!

Aside from major renovation construction just beneath the apartment that was loud and annoying the only thing missing from this apartment was a clothes dryer. We managed without it but would have appreciated the added convenience.

Not the first time I stay there, excellent location north of TLV, 5'walking distance from the beach, 7'from the new port and 10' from the ice Ayalon Park.

The location can't be beat! Close to everything including tons of restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee places. Love the cozy house and cute modern furnishings. Would definitely stay there again.

The apt is in a wonderful location and quieter than it might seem initially, given it's close proximity to a bar which can be noisy at times from the street. There are grocery stores nearby, plenty of shops and the beach is just about a 10 minute walk. The shuk is also about a 10 minute walk and the buses come right by. The apt itself is open with natural light and is very airy. An elevator makes it easy to bring luggage up and down, though the walk up and down is not bad either. The communication with the host was great all the way up to and including our departure. We hope to stay there again.

On our last day we were sweeping up and saw a live cockroach under the island in the kitchen. That's the only bug we saw the entire time. Otherwise, there really wasn't anything bad about the place!

The contrast between the very animated area and the silence inside the
flat is very amazing. The moment the door is opened it was an instant
love. The flat is very bright and spacious as faced to a garden. It
was very comfortable and relaxing after a busy day. The pictures on
website are matching the place. All facilities are at walking
distances, the beach is 15 min walk along the pleasant tree-lined Ben
Gurion boulevard.
The host were very kind and helpful. It was an excellent choice that
we warmly recommend.

Before I arrived at the apartment the host contacted me several times by email to arrange the visit. This was very useful because I was already traveling and arrived late at night. All the arrangements (access to the apartment etc.) were very efficient and I can only recommend it with full confidence. The nicely renovated apartment itself was as advertised with all necessary equipment, including a fully functional WiFi.

Parking is not easy in the area. Visitors who are not fluent in
Hebrew should be advised about the parking rules.

Fab modern apartment in a great location. There is only one flat on the ground floor of the block and the garden wraps around the property on 3 sides. Quite shady, but that's a good thing in the Israeli heat. It's well equipped. We had a great stay. Would stay there again.

There is a TV in the apartment but it is not linked to any outside broadcasting, it is only available for viewing DVD's. The washing machine and microwave are all in Hebrew, which can be a bit hit and miss. There is no house manual, that would be useful.

Excellent location, 5' from the beach and 5' from the new harbour. 7' from the park Hayarkon and near restaurants, bars, supermarket around the corner.
You can walk to each location.
The appartment has all what you need including ironing, hair dryer, toaster, oven, washing mashine...

This appartment surprised us even though we have not been staying in hotels for years: traveling is so much more fun if you live in a home with a kitchen and a living room where you can sit in the evening with your family or spend nice lazy mornings.

This apartment is unique: while being located right in the center of day or night life of Tel-Aviv, providing walking access to the beach, to the railroad station, art museum or beautiful boulevards for strolling and gazing, it is a true gem inside. Freshly renovated with clean and functional kitchen and bathrooms, it is beautefully decorated with elegant furniture and pieces of art. It provides a lot of common and private space, having multiple gathering spots and various lighting possibilities. Our Tel-Aviv friends shared our amazement with the tasteful and functional interior of the place.
The baby in our family loved the big space, high chair and especially enjoyed the carpet corner sirrounded by big windows. This place has tonns of light, which can be blocked by the variety of shades.
A true gem, definitely recomend.

It is a bit tricky to locate for the first time, so follow the instructions of the host carefully.

Modern, well equipped with essentials for kitchen, plenty of cupboard space, good airconditioning and easy to live in. There is no owner's stuff around so it has the feel of a hotel. The surrounding large private pine wood patio with flowers and fruit trees is the main lounging area and a real joy.

There is a covered extension which is open to the patio and sparsely furnished.

Come to Tel Aviv is not the first time. This appartment is great. It has everything you need and more. It is very clear.The location is very convenient, a taxi stand across the street, 2 minutes from the sea, a market and a cafe 5 minutes walk. Thank so mach!

Fabulous space, incredible views and a deck to die for!

A very nice apt. with everything you need for a relaxed stay in Tel Aviv. The closeness to the beaches and restaurants and cafés makes the location even more attractive. We couldn't open the door when we arrived as we didn't understand the code system. Within seconds Dimitri was there to assist us. Nothing to complain at all.

The apartment had everything we needed. It's is located right in the heart of things. Shops, buses, cafes, the green bike station and groceries are all right next door but the apartment is tucked away in a quiet garden on a high floor with plenty of light. We loved it.

The apartment provides an oasis of quiet and light in the bustle of a great cafe and restaurant neighbourhood, five minutes walk from the sea. The apartment is surrounded on all sides by a charming wooden deck lined with citrus trees. The two bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet room, and the kitchen/ bar are all beautifully modern and pleasant to use. We had a delightful stay and can definitely agree to the use of the word exquisite in the promo.

The apartment does not yet have an indoor living room(which will be in an extension) so sitting and dining are at the bar or in the very comfortable sitting area on the deck.

Really wonderful apartment, located very in a very central, yet in an extremely quiet neighbourhood.

The apartment is well equipped with all the amenities you can think of to make it the most comfortable stay. Everything looks all new and refurbished, the bathroom and kitchen are so hospitable and spacious, and the beds are really comfortable.

Finally, the location is one of the most attractive in central Tel Aviv. Located close to bars, restaurants, shops and the beach, this stay offers easy access to whatever leisure one could wish for, yet providing a unique quietness where you can get a good night's sleep, free from the sound of Tel Aviv's pulsating and vibrant night life.

We enjoyed very very much this place. We will come back to it anytime. Well equipped, rooms are so comfortable, heating worked great in cold January days. A bright full of light spaces a pleasure being in this place. Being in winter time it would have been nice to have a dryer as well having the washing machine was a saving! Thank you for renting us this apartment.

It would be nicer if the owner will provide more channels to watch on the television.this was very limited. Also it would be more pleasant to improve the walkway from the street onto the enter acne of the number 6 Rabin place.

We are frequent vacation renters in Israel and this was among our best experiences. The apartment was exactly as pictured, but the impact of the windows/balcony in person has to be experienced to be appreciated. The scope of the view is amazing. The location is Florentin. If that's where you want to be, this is the place. In terms of rental experience highlights: Plenty of towels, clean dishes and silverware, toilet paper stocked, There is no problem with hot water in the showers. You just have to know that many places in Israel have a switch you must turn on in advance to activate the hot water heater. The showers were hot with good pressure. Highly recommended.

Nice place, very close to the beach and Disengoff street. The flat is very cozy and comfortable. Nearest parking for free is on Rokach Str. 15. On walk distance is Old Jaffo and Karmel market. Very nice neighborhood - all hotels and embassies are around. Clean and safe

It was a spacious apartment, nicely fitted out, good quality furniture, nice kitchen and plenty of crockery, cutlery etc. We were very comfortable.

Fittings in the shower rooms were good quality and there were plenty of towels.

Washing machine and tumble drier were new and good quality.

Beds were comfortable.

It was close to shops and restaurants and convenient for Dizengoff and Ben Yehuda Streets.

We were greeted very briefly but not shown how to operate the heating system (your assistant turned it on for us but I didn't know how to control it) or the TV. Many channels were offered but I wasn't sure if I should accept them so we were restricted to about two or three in English.

Couldn't operate the ceramic hob, although I have one at home. It seemed to be locked and although I found the instructions they were in hebrew only so we couldn't use it at all.

I didn't realise there was no bath - only two showers.

Washing machine and tumble drier were good quality but, again, I had to guess how to use them and there was no airing rack. Not everyone likes to use a tumble drier.

There was no hair-dryer - most unusual and very inconvenient.

The pillows were rubbish.

Couldn't operate the heater in the bedroom and I was cold.

We didn't have mobile phones so relied on email but our emails were not answered. No-one checked to see if we were ok.

I like scented candles and oils but the room-scenters were very strong and not particularly pleasant so I put them outside the kitchen window. I think if the owners wants to use these things for guests they should be gentle and unobtrusive.

I often rent apartments and usually find a folder of useful information, leaflets, instructions, contact numbers etc. in English, but there was nothing.

I'm not putting these things on Booking.com's website. I write it for your information only. However I did receive an email from you every day, asking for this feedback, which was rather tiresome. It's not always possible to respond straight away and I don't like being nagged.

The location of the apartment couldn't be any better!! It is in the center of Tel Aviv life! Walking distance to any place and near to any kind of activities.
A great and comfortable place! Clean and incredibly quiet to be in the middle of the loud night life a few steps downstairs.
Included the perfect tools to make a home from it even for a short stay and the owner was easy to reach if any kind of problem happened

The only thing that missed us during the stay was an extra set of bed linens (to use them while the others were drying from laundry).

And just a constructive recommendation: there are a lot of things that we thought have been left by past guests that might be thrown away.

This duplex is amazing. The balcony and views are gorgeous. It is modern and beautiful. We will definitely stay here again. Everyone was very helpful and the glass wall overlooking the city is gorgeous. It's a must stay in Tel Aviv.

There was not a lot of hot water for showers

You enter inside a magic place with light all overdose thé Dupleix and amazing view from the living room.... At night this is spectacular!!!!!.... Everything is here to give you all the services you need and the area is so pittoresc : this is tel aviv!!!!.... You will have all the shops 24/7 for food, incredible bars and restaurants on florentine, levinski street, Rothschild (5mn),Neve Tsedek (3mn), Yafo (10mn),12mn walk to the beach,.... On a word you feel as an israelien guy in holidays

The flat is big, calm and amazing! It\'s surrounded by large windows and We were like in the trees. The decoration is a good mix between modern and vintage. We stayed with our baby and we were very comfortable. There is 2 rooms. One hudge and one normal.
It\'s very central too. All around the building you find every thing you need.

The bedroom AC remote was not functioning right. having curtains in the reception room will give more privacy. kitchen can be better equipped, and having some extra toilet paper will be handy.

Clean, comfortable and isolated from the street noise while on the centrally located Rabin square. Perfect spot to explore the city with quick access to the beach! We had a great stay in Tel Aviv!

There was no soap in the bathroom, it is very necessary when you want to wash your hands after the flight. It lacks blinds in the living room. in the evening it is a bit embarrassing.

Very well based: less than 5' from the beach and 4'from the huge and very nice park Hayarkon and 8'from the port which is very nice place to eat, drink and walk around during night and days. The area is surrounded by lot of restaurants and nice boutiques.The apartment is very clean well furnished with a very nice living room with a palm tree just in front of the window. The beds are very good as well and 2 bathrooms is top for showers after the beach.

Missing a balcony but the appartment is so nice and we\\\\\\\'ll based that it is not a big loss.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Clean, beautiful, easy to access from great places in Tel Aviv. We would stay there again for sure!!!

We had an excellent experience in this place! We were warmly welcome and well advised at our arrival.
The apartment looks very much like on the pictures.
Given the location of the house, we were surprised by the calm. The apartment is very practical and clean, the beds are comfortable and the shower is great.
We didn’t need a car as buses to everywhere stop just down the house.
We had a great time, we will for sure come back.

The apartment is new, cosy and convenient. It has all necessary equipment. The location is very good.

It is not sound proof. It was a bit difficult early mornings when you hear how garbage containers are emptied, as if near your bed. It would be great if there were any curtains or blinds on a big window in the leaving room. I rated owners help as 1, only because I had no contacts with him, but Tellavista does a good job, (except pricing)

The apt is spacious and modern and very comfortable for 3-4 people to stay. It is also well-equipped with all the necessities for visitors, including kitchen items and utensils, bathroom items, and even electrical adapters provided by the host. It\'s truly a home away from home!
Also, it is in an ideal location in the center of Tel Aviv. Even with being in the center, it is still quiet as the apt faces the inner courtyard area between the buildings and not the noisy main street.

had everything a couple could need...location was very good...AC was good once we were shown how to work it correctly...in general great apartment...Dmitry was very helpful once we connected with him...I would recommend this apartment to others...

our flight was about an hour late & we met someone other than Dmitry initially...AC, TV & washer were issues until DMITRY came down & explained everything to us...parking in Tel Aviv is generally an issue...
