The 100 year old building was reconstructed and renovated by the architect Iris Berger, using natural materials such as Iron, stone, wood and glass to create the original atmosphere of the old olive press that worked in the building in the 1930's.
The building is surrounded with Coffee shops, restaurant and bars. It's just 4 min walk from Rothschild Blvd, Neve Zedek and the buzzing Levinsky market.

I travel a lot around the world and i can certainly say that this place was very pleasant to stay over, excellent neighborhood just next to Rotchild blv, with bars and cafes. A very nice nespresso machine, regarding the room, it has Netflix, very clean, and of course high quality mattress.
The office service rozi and meirav is very professional and nice, they fulfill every request which is very important.

Very nicely renovated property, comfortable beds, and nice bathroom with very good shower.
Room (No.4) located above bar with loud music till 4am prevented me from sleeping. I would therefore recommend this property to people who also go to sleep late or are not bothered by music.
Owner was fortunately understanding that we left after 1 night due to this issue.

Amazingly styled, beautiful apartment. Great location, very close to Rothschild av. The owner was super kind, helpful and easy to reach. Would be happy to stay there again soon!
