Booking Terms and Conditions


In order to book an apartment, you are required to pay a down payment in the amount that appears on the reservation form. None of the apartments can be held without a down payment. The balance is due on arrival and is payable using one of the payment methods listed on the web page of the property.


One of 7 cancellation policies will apply to all Tellavista properties. Please click the Payment & Conditions tab for each listing to see which fees apply.


In case of a cancellation by the host due to extreme circumstances that are not under the host's control ,Tellavista will offer the client an apartment of the same size and value.
In case Tellavista are not able to offer such an apartment, or if the client is not interested in the alternative offered then the reservation will be cancelled and the client will be fully credited for the amount paid.


The State of Israel requires a 17% sales tax per stay (VAT); however this sales tax is waived for foreign tourists visiting Israel. In order to avoid the sales tax, you will need to provide us with your non-Israeli passport information.


A security deposit is required by the owner in the event any damage is caused either to the apartment or furniture. The deposit amount is listed on the above-mentioned web page and is payable using one of the payment methods listed. The owner will meet you at the property before checking out and after confirming that nothing is damaged or missing, will arrange to have your deposit completely refunded.


Check-in and check-out times are specified on the web page of each listing. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please notify the owner.


A key greeter will meet you at the apartment upon arrival, escort you in, help with your luggage, and answer any questions you may have. In order to coordinate this, please provide the owner with your arrival schedule.


Your accommodations are privately-owned, residential property. It is strictly against our policy and the policy of the property owners for guests to create excessive noise or conduct business leading to noticeable pedestrian or motor traffic. If you think your stay may involve such activity, please check with us first in writing: It may be possible to find a way to accommodate you. However, if you ignore these rules, you will be asked to leave the property – without a refund. It is not permitted to accommodate more people in the apartment than the number of beds provided.
