Great location, near to the light rail, so very easy to get in and out of town. The apartment had everything I needed - living room with sofa, and dining table and chairs, kitchen, clean bathroom, balcony with table and chairs, which made it very pleasant to sit outside during the warm evenings and mornings, and the bed was very comfortable - I have a bad back so I am very susceptible to uncomfortable mattresses, but I had no problems sleeping. The air conditioning, in both the living room and the bedroom, was very effective during the summer heat. The block itself was very attractive, with a laundry.

The wifi was sometimes a bit slow, and the area could be noisy, with local youths using the street as a racetrack on their motorbikes, but the apartment had shutters which kept out the noise, so I had no trouble sleeping.

Clean, fresh, comfortable

- weak WiFi - access points located in the hall do not provide good signal in the rooms.
- no electric plugs in the main room
- just 1 electric plug in the sleeping room 1
- 6 (!?) electric plugs in the sleeping room 2
- no hooks for towels and clothes in the bathroom
- no hooks for jackets at the flat entrance
