About the apartment:I lived in this apt for over three months. The building's bike rack was right outside the window and sometimes a little loud, but I got used to it. Not tons of natural light, but it was clean and in a great location, where I needed to go. There's a parking garage across the street and it was easy for my friends to find the building and park.

About Telavista: When the AC wasn't working and someone stole my sofa, the Telavista guys came right away. Easy to reach by phone, showed up when they said they would, everyone's friendly. Yay.

About the apartment:Fantastic Studio blocks away from the sea. Walking distance to the Shuk, Kikar Dizengoff, the beach, cafes, restaurants and Dizengoff Center (the shopping Mall). Quiet residentlal neighborhood with palm tree lined streets. The studio apartment has all amenities icluding a private outdoor patio. I have stayed at the apartment on three visits and have always enjoyed my stay. It is an excellent value.

About Telavista: I have never had a single problem with any of the three apartments I have rented through Tellavista. Any questions or comments are addressed immediately. Their service is superb.

About Telavista: The three young men that were our contact persons were always willing to help solve a problem. ie bought a pot so we could do some cooking. Extra towels.

About the apartment: The apartment was substandard. the photos did not show the peeling paint or the tissue paper plugging up the holes in the walls. Upon arrival were were surprised by the lack of cleanliness. the agent told us simply that the apartment had been vacateed only two hours by the previous tenant. The water heater timer was not intially explained to us and we went without hot water for a day or two. We had to clean the porche ourselves because the stink of cat piss. We found a dead mouse.. The locks on the door were very hard to open and very teadious to open. The entrance hall was neglected. Dirt and cobwebs on the ceiling. The apartment building was very loud. Very difficult to get to sleep. Very minimal kitchen utensils.

About the apartment:The Studio Apartment is centrally located in the heart of Tel Aviv. Minutes from all sites and the beach. It comes with all amenities, cooking ware, a/c, cable tv and wireless internet access. Its a wonderful "home" in Tel Aviv
