About the apartment:A basement flat so no sunny balcony to hang out on, but the point of this apartment is that's it's a neat budget cost place to stay in the heart of Tel Aviv. In fact, there's an outside coffee bar two minutes away which is as good as your own balcony. If you prefer to stay in the city centre (must more interesting than staying in a beachside hotel) this apartment is well located in a lovely little tree-lined street just off Dizengoff Square. This spot is a good a base for exploring all aspects of the city, well linked by buses. And the beach is only a five minute walk. I'd certainly stay there again.

About Telavista: Televista were very helpful, including offering me the flat at short notice. They arrived with the key as arranged, and likewise at departure. No problems at all. I'd recommend them.

About the apartment: The only negative, or perhaps eccentric, angle to this flat is the plumbing from a flat above. Every so often there's a noisy cascade of splashing water, which makes you think there's a rain storm outside. But you get used it.
