Very nice apartment, spacious, great kitchen, sufficient towels. Excellent wi-fi. Good location about 15-20 minutes walk from the Old City. Near King David Street. Also very accommodating about a late check-out on a Saturday.
Lamps in bedroom didn't work. Hot water sometimes a problem although not a major one. Door into the apartment is quite tricky to open and when we called about it, our contact did not return our call. Eventually, one of us managed to figure out the right moves to open it. More cleaning supplies such as sponges would have made clean-up a bit easier.

It is unfortunate that these issues were not responded to during this guest's stay. We do our best to respond to all requests in a timely fashion. In addition, we have had other guests in the apartment since September and these issues all seem to be taken care of, as we have not had any more complaints.
