One of 3 cancellation policies will apply to all Tellavista properties. Please click the Payment & Conditions tab for each listing to see which fees apply.
Liberal
All cancellations are subject to handling fee equal to 10% of booking total.
In addition:
For cancellations 7 days or less before arrival, add 50% of booking total to the above.
Standard
All cancellations are subject to handling fee equal to 10% of booking total.
In addition:
For cancellations 30 days or less before arrival, add 30% of booking total to the above.
For cancellations 7 days or less before arrival, add 50% of booking total to the above.
Strict
All cancellations are subject to handling fee equal to 10% of booking total.
In addition:
For cancellations 45 days or less before arrival, add 50% of booking total to the above.
For cancellations 5 days or less before arrival, you will be charged for the full booking total.
- Guests must notify Tellavista of cancellation in writing: either by email or the contact form.
- Cancellation fees will in no event exceed the value equivalent of 28 nights + 10% handling fee.
- Tellavista reserves the sole authority to decide in any dispute between a guest and property owner.
- If you must cancel because of events beyond your control ("Force Majeure"), Tellavista reserves the sole authority to decide whether and how much to discount the applicable cancellation fees.
