The location was very good. We walk a lot when in Jerusalem and we were able to walk to the City Centre, the Old City, The Knesset, the German Colony from the apartment. Chana our contact and Danny were very helpful. There were some lights that were not working, the gas cooktop did not ignite and a few other minor problems that were looked after quickly.
The apartment's layout and amenities were very good.

The apartment was very dirty. I complained upon check-in and they did send in someone to clean but did very little to address the problem. The walls and baseboards in every room were filthy and I ended up cleaning most of them myself. The shower stall in the 2nd bathroom was very dirty which I tried to clean myself but it required special cleaning materials to clean the grout etc. The drier in the laundry room was also filthy and another thing that I cleaned up. The floor on one side of the drier and washing machine has never been cleaned and is quite
disgusting. I don't believe that the cupboard containing the brooms and other cleaning equipment has ever been cleaned. One broom was so awful that I just placed it out the back door. This apartment needs a deep cleaning and a fresh paint job!

I am sorry that you had this experience in our apartment. We manage over 30 apartments and this is not usually the case. I will check with the cleaning services that we use and make sure that everything is taken care of.

We were very proud to invite our cousins over to see the apartment. It is beautiful! Fabulous bathrooms, lovely bedrooms, a bonus room (small porch room that wasn't even listed in the description), lovely front balcony, easy access from parking spot, well known street (taxi drivers can find it easily!), great electric window coverings, master bedroom has a door to an outside area.

Sam was fantastic. He was very available, friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to speak to.

We enjoyed our stay at 71 Hapalmach but were in Jerusalem for only 4 nights.

The bad stuff really isn't bad, just minor things.
The white chairs are kind of dirty. The kitchen is missing little convenient things (dish soap, sugar, little things to help when you arrive late in the day) . The back poch off the master is messy. There is major construction nearby- perhaps this is the cause. It was a little bit too far from the Old City/ City Center to walk both directions. We usually took a taxi back after a day of walking around.

Extra equipment had been brought as requested.Missing iron replaced eventually. Very spacious and suitable apartment with generally good facilities, including parking.

Cleaning good except under beds. Toilets could have been a little more thoroughly cleaned. One door-knob missing. Toilet door rather stiff and tricky to open from inside. Cutlery set (milky) por quality - spoons/forks kept breaking off from handles. Armchair legs an little loose - may need fixing/replacing soon.
